Emily grew up surrounded by family who always encouraged the importance of being active and eating well. She went on to be awarded a First at university in Sports Biomedicine and Nutrition. She has now set up a successful blog and brand, Twice the Health, which she runs with her best friend Hannah. In 2015 Emily ran the London Marathon with her TTH partner. Since then they have gone on to run ultras in The Grand Canyon, The Great Ocean Road, The Great Wall of China, and the UK. She has been working for TRM since June 2020 working with clients to gain a better understanding of nutrition, exercise and habits. She is also currently studying her MSc in Nutrition at Kings College London.
