We know recovery doesn’t stop with menstruation returning or testosterone levels being optimal

During your time with Team RM, we aim to help you become more self-aware of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours.

We aim to get you to a place where you are more mindful of your personality trait, and understand what situations are likely to cause you distress and potentially send you back to your old coping mechanisms.

One of the key outcomes of working with our team is to learn autonomy and how to manage the plethora of noise that society presents that can wrongly inform.

We understand that early in our process, you may need more support but as you move through your journey, you may notice that you can manage with less intense input from us.

This is why we have set up the transition programme which provides you with 12 weeks of support from our qualified coach Chloe who will hold you accountable, provide support and advise as needed to keep you on your onward path.

During this 12 week program you will have:

3 x 45 min online video call with Chloe (1 x month)

Additional email support in between your calls to help you stay on track with your training, nutrition, and lifestyle.
