New Client Process

Below you will find steps on how to get started at the Renee McGregor clinic and information on what documents we require from you ahead of your initial consultation.

1.

How to get started

You can start the process of becoming one of our patients by going to the following link.

2.

The Intake Process

After filling in the intake form, our team of highly trained Practitioners will usually review this within seven days with Renee, and we’ll be able to make recommendations for you. Please note intake form reviews may take an extended amount of time over holiday periods.

3.

EN:Spire and Pracitioner Consultation

Based on the information you provide, you will either be assigned to one of our practitioners or to our EN:Spire Clinic.

For the initial consultation with Renee or one of our practitioners, a nutritional assessment will be completed, based on a food diary and assessment form that we’ll get you to fill in. We will also go over your history with food/training depending on what you would prefer to focus on.

If you receive a referral for our EN:Spire Clinic then Renee McGregor and EN:Spire clinic partner Dr. Nicky Keay will provide a one-stop shop for analysing biomarkers, nutritional counselling and behaviour management with the aim to help you to get back to a place of equilibrium.

You may find you have been recommended an appointment with our EN:Spire clinic if you have indicated a primary focus on fertility or sexual health. Additionally, EN:Spire is often recommended to those clients who have suffered from long-standing undiagnosed health issues.

The EN:Spire clinic is generally a single session appointment with any further care being provided by one of our highly trained practitioners.

Requirements

We require all new clients to have the following information to attend their initial consultation.

  • A Blood Test within the past 6 months with hormonal markers

  • Nutritional Assessment Form

This information allows our practitioners to gain a better understanding of your circumstance and advise you as accurately as possible on your pathway to recovery. Please find a link to these documents below, including a referral letter for you to send to your GP:
