Rachel is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years experience working across a number of settings. She currently works in professional women’s football, with university athletes as well as working as a freelance dietitian supporting endurance athletes. Rachel’s background is working in the NHS, where she specialised as a cancer dietitian, supporting patients from diagnosis to living with and beyond cancer.
Rachel is a keen ultra runner and cyclist herself, and uses her own experiences as well as her professional expertise to help educate and support her clients to improve their fuelling for training and events. She has completed numerous ultras, ranging from single-day to multi-day and self-supported bikepacking races and is happiest when running and cycling on the trails.
