Keren is a Sports Dietitian specialising in Mental Health.
Keren is trained in motivational interviewing and behaviour change, and works closely with individual clients to help them make changes to their diet and lifestyle to optimise their physical and mental health. Since graduating in 2013, Keren has gained further qualifications as a Personal Trainer and a Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients. Furthermore, Keren has obtained a Postgraduate Certification in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Leeds Beckett University. Keren enjoys being active in the great outdoors and began running in 2018. She has since never looked back! She ran her first Marathon in 2019 and has since gone on to run two ultramarathons, during which she fundraised for mental health charities and continues to be an advocate for mental health awareness.
With over nine years experience working as a Registered Dietitian, Keren is passionate about bridging the gap between physical and mental health, and improving clients’ relationship with diet and exercise to help them reach their full potential.

HCPC Registered Health Professional Member of the British Dietetic Association
Completed the Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA).
Completed training in Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) for Anorexia Nervosa FODMAP diet accredited
Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training
