In the Kitchen with…Renee and Rory

This is a unique opportunity where Renee is quite literally opening her kitchen. Together with Rory they will run two, one day events, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th March, to help you finally break free from your difficult relationship with food, exercise and diet culture.
Through nutritional counselling and practical workshops, we will help you to develop a tool kit to challenge anxious mindsets, reframe food and exercise rules and start you on your journey to a healthier attitude towards food and life; where eating and training is no longer a punishment but opportunities to have fun and experience enjoyment.

Location: Bradford-On-Avon which has good road links with M4 and a train station with connections from London, South West and The Midlands.
Rory Brown Bio:

Rory Brown is a Regulated Nutrition Coach, has a diploma level in Psychology and is a level 4 Fitness trainer specialising in helping individuals break free from the dieting culture, and restore their relationship with mind body and food.

After battling with binge eating disorder, restrictive eating and body dysmorphia for most of his early 20’s, it is his desire to create a positive change within the health and fitness industry, something he feels is inundated with so many ‘extremes’. From diets and food rules, to unqualified ‘gurus’ and influencers who are doing nothing more than affecting the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals.

Renee McGregor Bio:

A leading Performance and eating disorder specialist dietitian with over 15 years’ experience working in nutrition. Renee works with elite athletes, coaches and sport science teams to provide nutritional strategies to enhance sports performance and manage eating disorders.
