A leading Performance and eating disorder specialist dietitian with over 15 years’ experience working in nutrition. Renee works with elite athletes, coaches and sport science teams to provide nutritional strategies to enhance sports performance and manage eating disorders.

Martin Rush trained as a PE teacher following a Sports Science degree, combining this with pursuing and gaining an Olympic team place in the 20Km race walk in 1992. Martin followed this sport career with a move to work in a performance coaching and coach development role with England and British Athletics, as well as coaching individual athletes to European Championships and major Games. He is currently Head of Coaching and Athlete Development at England Athletics and coaches a group of young athletes at Team Bath AC. He combines an athlete centred philosophy with recognition that supporting the key individuals around the athlete, be they coach, parent, teacher or sport scientist results in better outcomes for all. In his spare time he can often be found in the Alps either supporting ultra runners or occasionally losing himself in the wilderness.
