The day will be full of discussions, practical strategies and advice to help you to overcome any food, body and eating anxieties. It will be a great opportunity to explore how intrusive perceptions of self can result in a problematic relationship with food.
We’ll be sharing and challenging common patterns of distorted or unhelpful thinking through a series of interactive tasks and exercises.
We’ll also look at issues around over-exercising and how so-called ‘healthy’ levels of activity can morph into unhealthy compulsions to exercise excessively.
Most of all this day is about you, your goals, your health and happiness. It’s about helping you break free of unhelpful or distressing thoughts and behaviours which are holding you back in your life.
