Healthy, Happy, You Workshop

February 2, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

We’re delighted to announce another of our one-day London workshops: ‘Healthy, Happy, You’.
We share our vast knowledge and experience in helping you develop a happy and healthy attitude towards food, eating and exercise.

So come and join us for a full day of nutrition, behaviour and anxiety management that will EMPOWER you to live not just exist.

Places are limited and it’s a first come, first serve basis so book now on the link below to avoid disappointment.

The day will be full of discussions, practical strategies and advice to help you to overcome any food, body and eating anxieties. It will be a great opportunity to explore how intrusive perceptions of self can result in a problematic relationship with food.

We’ll be sharing and challenging common patterns of distorted or unhelpful thinking through a series of interactive tasks and exercises.

We’ll also look at issues around over-exercising and how so-called ‘healthy’ levels of activity can morph into unhealthy compulsions to exercise excessively.

Most of all this day is about you, your goals, your health and happiness. It’s about helping you break free of unhelpful or distressing thoughts and behaviours which are holding you back in your life.
