Join for an evening of discussion with best selling author and expert in sports performance nutrition Renee McGregor on how to eat for high performance.
This event is suitable for you whether you take part in competitive sport, exercise for general health or are simply interested to know more about how to fuel yourself for optimal performance.
Sport and exercise psychology consultant Hannah Winter will interview Renee, a leading sports and eating disorder specialist dietitian with 20 years experience working in clinical and performance nutrition, with Olympic (London, 2012), Paralympic (Rio, 2016) and Commonwealth (Queensland, 2018) teams.
Renee works with individuals, athletes of all levels and ages, coaches and sports science teams to provide nutritional strategies to enhance sport performance and manage eating disorders.
As part of this, she is presently working with a number of national governing bodies, including Scottish Gymnastics, The GB 24 hour Running squad and The England Ballet company.
Renee is regularly asked to work directly with high performing and professional athletes that have developed a dysfunctional relationship with food that is impacting their performance, health and career. She is the bestselling author of Training Food, Fast Fuel books. and Orthorexia, When Healthy Eating Goes Bad
